When attempting to edit a vertical axis title in a chart, such as for the
y-axis, the title text is rotated to the horizontal orientation for ease of
editing.  Unfortunately, the edge of the chart frame clips the text, so that if
you have a long axis title near the edge of a chart, it is not possible to read
the whole title.  Also, the title text is invisible until the user makes a 
change.

To reproduce:
-Open the attached document
-double click on the chart to edit it
-double click on the y-axis title, note that you see a blinking cursor but the
title is not visible
-push a key, note that the title becomes visible, but as you continue to add
text to the title, the left edge is clipped out of view by the frame of the
chart component.
