Issue:
Insert a new table in Open Office Impress. Now in the Table toolbar: For Borders
select the All border - Last option. It is seen that the border setting gets
reflected to the entire table without the table being manually selected.
Now apply a color for the table: Nothing happens to the table.
It should have either applied the color to the entire table or to a single cell.
But it does not do anything. This leaves user confused, especially if they are
transitioning from MS Office to Open Office. Consistency maintained will be
really helpful.
