The dialog that comes up when using edit style is not for setting the
transparency for bitmaps. If you want to alter the transparency of a bitmap
please use the transparency setting in the picture toolbar. It comes up
automatically when selecting a picture.
Picture transparency gets lost when saving as ppt because tgis feature does not
exist in Powerpoint.
