------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Oct 7 05:51:13 +0000 2010 ------- Thanks for you time in trying to duplicate this problem. I'm not sure what you mean by "not a print to a printer preview software". The second screenshot was taken from the HP Photosmart D7360 the print preview option (HP software). The document always prints as shown in the HP print preview (trust me, I have wasted plenty of paper and ink over this issue). Perhaps you are correct that it is a printer problem, more specifically an HP software compatibility issue with OpenOffice. This is something I had never considered, but if you can not duplicate the problem, that is the only possible answer. However, the printer functions perfectly, except an occasional quirk with OpenOffice...of course, the picture in picture being one of them. (Today, I printed a document that contained a table, but only part of the table border printed.) Did "Issue 114966 Sample Document.odt" that I uploaded print without the picture in a picture effect on your printer? The document was also saved to a PDF file with OpenOffice. The PDF file looks normal when opened, but it still prints with a picture in picture. It isn't as exaggerated as shown in the Problem Description, but the last coupon is still defective. The amount of defect often varies, but it is always present. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
