------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Oct 7 08:48:25 +0000 2010 ------- As you were able to load the .doc files in MS Word it shows me that the most important part (file exchange with load/save between MS Office and OOo programs) is working fine. When other programs or services have problems while reading/processing the same .doc files from OOo, then I guess that something has to be done on their side.
