I would suggest to close this issue as works for me. I can't remember that a
user has reported such an error before. I've also not been able to reproduce
that behavior. All in all I would assume that some Vista 'magic' that locks
"C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org3\Basis\" has prevented OOo from installing.
The error message is a standard Windows error message that could not be
influenced by OOo (see here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/Aa372835).
