The reason for this is sfx's FileDialogHelper, which asks the state of a not
existing selction checkbox - which I assume it should not do.

BTW: for reproduction on all platforms please use OOo's own file dialog in
Tools->Options->General
@cd: I guess that sfx FileDialogHelper is more your area ?
