- created new UNO service AnimatedImagesControl/Model, and related
interfaces/services (API announcement to follow).
- create VCL class "Throbber"
- changed existing extensions to use the new UNO service
- changed existing code (in the extension manager, and the first start wizard)
to use the new VCL control
