cd->brinzing: Could you please attach a small extension which demonstrates this
problem? That would help us to confirm this issue much easier.
Currently I am without a clue why this happens only with menus. The code which
controls addon images didn't change between 3.2 and 3.3. It's possible that this
is related to the configuration manager changes done for 3.3. Although that
should hit toolbars, too.
