To be honest, I have no idea why I made configmgr::Access::getImplementationName
throw an exception. I probably assumed that it would never be called, anyway.
The best fix probably is to make up an implementation name (like
"org.openoffice-configmgr::Access") and return that (the implication being that
the returned implementation name cannot be used to create an instance at the
global service manager, however).
