As said in #desc9 makkica is working on this.
As a workaround you can use SUMPRODUCT, for example to count records that have
the value 1 in the range A1:A4 and the value 2 in the range B1:B4 use
=SUMPRODUCT(A1:A4=1;B1:B4=2)
