MRU->HBRINKM: see attached document - it is produced with OOo 2.4. Opened in 3.x
the page size has a rounding problem as it looks. The width will be imported
with 20,99 cm, while A$ has 21,00 cm. Thus is will be displayed as "User" format
in page style dialog.
