The way that this issue has been handled has made me realize that I cannot rely
on this product for my day-to-day work. It is ironic that Word 2011 for the
Apple is released today. It was a good run on OpenOffice while it lasted, and I
really like the product and respect the group that puts so much effort into it,
but I cannot afford to be dependent on a product where a show-stopper bug is
"resolved" by someone changing text in a tracking database.
