I used the option "Tools" -> "Options" -> "Spreadsheet" -> "Print" -> "Print only selected sheets". This is the option that should control this behaviour, right? Then, I restartes OOo and create a new spreadsheet. On the default of 3 sheets, I type "1" on the first and so on, one entry on all sheets. When going to "print preview", I see "page 1/3" and can use "next page" to advance to the next sheet.
