FL->TL: Please add 'A6' to the list of paper formats in Writer, Draw, Impress.
A6 in Writer could be helpful for printing small brochures on A5 -> [A6|A6] side
by side. Add Calc too, if there is only one list of formats.
@HI: The issue described by "briophyllum" sounds like a good old friend to me. I
am quite sure that we already have an issue describing that one. AFAIK this
issue is responsible for many problems when printing labels in Writer.
