It is a MacOS X package format (.pkg or .mpkg). I did not do any symbolic link fixes. I will try that. I did not do a clean install of 10.4, but an "archive and install". This might make some difference. My preferred languages are: 1. German 2. English 3. French I do not know if "English" here is "US English" or "Oxford English" or "Pidgin English" or whatever. Does MacOS X distinguish here? But at least I prefer to have everything in German whenever possible. And StarOffice originally was developed in Hamburg. That Hambug in Germany, so German should be no problem. Theoretically.
