Tried inserting/removing rows/columns as well as changing row/column size. @kpalagin: What exactly does not work for you? Note that the temporary notes shown when hovering the cell with the mouse are always placed at a default position next to the cell. If you make the note visible permanently, it will use its internally stored position.
