i can not confirm: i see 3 pages in "File - Page Preview"
and get 3 pages printed with oo 3.3.rc3
Only "View - Page Break Preview" show a Printrange with 4 Pages
i guess this i caused due to:
Tools - Options - OOoDev Calc - Print
[X] Supress output of empty pages
Extras - Optionen - OpenOffice.org Calc - Drucken
[X] Ausgabe leerer Seiten unterdrücken

Hiermit legen Sie fest, dass leere Seiten ohne Zellinhalte oder
Zeichnungsobjekte nicht ausgedruckt werden. Zellattribute wie die Umrandung oder
die Hintergrundfarbe werden nicht als Zellinhalte betrachtet. Leere Seiten
werden bei der Seitennummerierung nicht mitgezählt.
