If set cell format "numeric" -1234 then
if we write "1-12", "1/12" or "1.12"(!!!) then we see "40513".

We have set the format "numeric" (no "date"), 
and entered text is converted first to a date, 
but after AutoCorrect to a number.

It is not correct.
