I rolled back to OOo 3.2. The toolbar and menu show up after installation of the extensions. The extensions work as expected. I un-installed OOo 3.2 and installed OOo 3.3RC3 with the same userfolder. All extensions carried over as expected, but the toolbar and menu for Googledocs and Linguist were no longer present. Other extensions function as expected. I can't se any apparent pattern which extensions work and which don't. there must be differences between how OOo 3.2 and 3.3RC handle extensions. I think this bug is important. It is not possible to use several popular extensions anymore.
