This issue has been partly fixed in cws[impress202], at least OOo is no longer
crashing if trying to load a 96bit (or 32bits per sample) tiff graphic.
If this issue is integrated, it can be reopened, so I can improve the filter to
display these graphics properly (no longer crashing is the first step)
