@af: What you are seeing is the effect of a broken bundled extension in OOO dev
m92. This causes that the data in share/prereg/bundled, which contains the
preprocessed extensions, is incomplete. That's why, at start-up all extensions,
which were not processed during setup, are now processed. However, there is no
"live -deployment" at start-up. The office is supposed to restart, which it does
not, because of the garbled prereg data. Anyway, the issue of the broken
extension is known and will be fixed later. So the issue of the not working
presenter screen has nothing to do with this phenomenon.
