Take a new Spreadsheet and enter some numbers.
Mark them and click on the "Chart"-icon in the standard toolbar.

I get the error:
Error: SvXMLImport::startElement: created context has wrong prefix
>From File C:/DEV300m92/xmloff/source/core/xmlimp.cxx at Line 727

Click on "No" in the Debug Output.
I get the next error:
Error: ScXMLImport::endElement: popped context has wrong prefix
>From File c:/DEV300m92/xmloff/source/core/xmlimp.cxx at Line 792

Clicking on "No" the previous error window pops up. Continue with "No". You will
get some of this error windows. Finally the chart is created.

Now click on "Cancel" in the Chart dialog.
I get the error:
Error: Window::~Window: inconsistency in top window chain!
>From File C:/DEV300m92/vcl/source/window/window.cxx at Line 4709
