Wait a moment... when I call cppumaker with a type, eg. ZMemoryManager, all
types needed by ZMemoryManager will be created automatically (otherwise the
header files won't compile).
What I'm saying here is that in my oppinion, the ZMemoryConstants type is needed
by ZMemoryManager (since it shows up in the IDL include), and therefe should be
generated automatically.
