The PushButtonWidget that gets created for PDFExtOutdevData / PDFWriter neets to
have its "Dest" member (for Destination inside the document; Dests are basically
a rectangle on a page and are handled as an ID that gets returned when a Dest is
created on a page) set instead of the URL member. Writer already creates "Dests"
for bookmarks, however I don't know how you get that information in svx. You
might want to confer with od how one could get this information through the
different application layers.
However as far as I can see the infrastructure in PDFWriter is available, it
just needs to be used.
