To confirm that he language is wrong: 1. Install at least 2 office languages (for example, en-US and a langpack), one of them should match your OS language. 2. Run and go to Tools/Options.../Language Settings/Languages menu, and select the language that is different from your OS language. 3. Restart and go to Tools/Options.../Language Settings/Languages menu. Result: default language is now that language. 4. Select "Default - xyz", click OK and restart. 5.
