Open attached document. It contains 15 pages with width 10.5cm and height 7.4cm.
Print it with this settings:

On tab "General" call the printer properties and set your printer to paper sheet
format DIN A4 portrait.
On tab "OpenOffice.org Draw" set "Size" to "Fit to printable page". ["Original
size" does not work, but that is another issue.]
On tab "Page Layout" set "Pages per sheet" to "Custom" and then "2 by 4". Mark
"Draw a boarder around each page".

Go back to tab "General". Notice, that the first page (top-left) has a different
scale than the others in preview.

Print the document. The wrong scale is in print output too. Notice, that on the
second sheet of paper the top-left page is scaled correctly, only the first page
is wrong.
