fixed in CWS vcl118
@ydario: This change replaces the 4 SalGraphics methods "BeginSetClipRegion,
unionClipRegion(Rect/B2DPolyPolygon),EndSetClipRegion" with a single
"setClipRegion" method. I changed the Os2SalGraphics similar to the other
platforms, but you might want to check if problems occur.
