------- Additional comments from [email protected] Fri Dec 10 14:08:05 +0000 2010 ------- Hello, I contacted the support team of Ubuntu because the support team of OpenOffice told me that this issues are not of OpenOffice (they told me that this program does not support the PPTX and DOCX formats natively)... Therefore, I send this bug to Ubuntu too to see if they can fix it or if this problem is OpenOffice specific... Problem: I can't save a file at DOCX or PPTX and keeping the layout I gave to it... Generally, the highlight of a phrase or word that I've put vanishes (this happens at DOCX files)... I can't save the arrows (BTW: they show glitches if I initiate the Presentation Mode and pass through them fastly - Pressing Enter when the animation of the arrows are still running) that I put inside the PPTX files... Together with that, the OpenOffice crashes when I open a large PPTX files (When this file has a lot of Slides or has a lot of animations, images and etc)... What I want to do: Save at PPTX or DOCX without losing any data or layout... PS: You can test this errors at the files attached (The first file shows the glitches of the PPTX Presentation Mode and the Second shows the crash of the OpenOffice Impress with a PPTX large file)... The saving problem of PPTX format you can check with the first file too and testing the highlight function of OO Writer when saving to DOCX format you can do with any blank file created by OO at DOCX format...
