I accepted this too quickly. By making the second parameter optional we'd lose
functionality if the document is loaded in older versions. A full solution would
have to provide means to insert the default for the missing optional parameter
during the save operation. For this reason I'll close the issue. If you are
going to provide the full solution you may reopen it.
Btw, when changing parameters sc/source/ui/src/scfuncs.src has to be adapted
too.
