I do not thing that it is a bug, that the text position does not follow the
change in the style. The line object seems to have got a hard formatting with
text position 'centered'; the style "default" shows text position 'upper
centered'. If you remove the hard formatting via Format > Default Formatting,
the text follows the position of the style.
