HI is right. OpenOffice.org is integrated into the operating system. Thus, the
operating system settings are taken, if a scroll via mouse wheel is performed.
E.g., For Windows XP you find at Control Panel - Mouse - Wheel the corresponding
operating system setting for the scrolling via mouse wheel.
