------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Dec 22 20:25:15 +0000 2010 ------- UPDATE: Bug and error message replicated after referencing a TOC target using "Bookmarks" and "Set / Insert Reference" utilities of the Field dialog (FIELDS > Cross-references > Type... ).
