The list of supported page formats in
http://svn.services.openoffice.org/opengrok/xref/DEV300_m94/i18npool/inc/i18npool/paper.hxx
contains a lot more definitions than the ListBox of the page dialog. The given
size is A6 which is not part of the selection in the page dialog.
Fixed in cws os146 in
cui/source/tabpages/page.cxx
Additionally there was a duplicate line in
http://svn.services.openoffice.org/opengrok/xref/DEV300_m94/i18npool/i18npool/source/paper/paper.cxx
which resulted in wrong page types for all types after 'LetterPlus'.
