Yes, the documents are not ODF-specification compliant. The problem is that the
signing process uses zip-format storage to change the file, and the storage of
this format does not know anything about the ODF-package.
The solution would be to let the zip-format storage preserve the order of the
streams.
As for the reading of such invalid documents, I am not sure that we should check
it. From one side it is of course an invalid manipulated document, from other
side the manipulation does not affect the document contents. We need to discuss
it I think.
