@allanfarber: cannot understand the problem.
Either you (or the users) need support on how to display (show) change marks in
Word, so that that's a support question for Microsoft (and this issue in
invalid),
or you are implying that some change marks *cannot* be displayed in Word in a
particular document created with OOo.
In the second case:
- If you cannot reproduce this problem by yourself, the issue is invalid as not
reproducible unless *those* users explain here what the problem is.
- If you have such a document and can reproduce the problem, than please attach
it here and describe what happens.
