Now i am using the latest version. I am very happy with that. Along with this i am using word also. Because I have to send mails to so many people. I have to send attachments also. Mail merge toolkit plugin is available for Microsoft word. In that i can send mails to many recipients; attachments also. In open office, its not available and facility of choosing a fields for TO address only. I can put only one address to CC or BCC. Its very difficult to send again and again. Similarly attaching a file to the mail is not possible. If an option available, please guide me. I am very much interested to switch over completly to open office.
