------- Additional comments from [email protected] Sun Jan 9 07:18:36 +0000 2011 ------- Used Word version: 2007 I have modified a .doc file that has been sent to me and never had a problem reloading it to make additional changes until I made a few editing changes with Open Office Writer on a different Window 7 PC; I just changed text than filed it again. Note that both PC are running the last known level of Windows 7. When I retried to load with Word the .doc file modified with Open Office I face the following problems. 1. The pictures in the document can't be loaded. When I reload the same .doc file with open office Writer I don't have that problem but I face formating a problem in the sense that one picture I didn't touch has been moved from the center of the page towards the left margin. 2. I get the error message: "not enough Memory space or disk space to display the picture", although only 28% of my 6Giga bytes of memory are used and over 2 terabytes of disk space is available on the system. Note: I tried to reload the same file on the PC were the file was initially modified and I have exactly the same problems. If required I can send you the file that causes the problem, providing you tell me how I can do so as there is no way to attache a file to this submission.
