Note that I changed the currency replaceTo ID from 042E to 82E, as that is the
ID assigned to Lower Sorbian, see i18npool/inc/i18npool/lang.h
Leading zeros of the ID should be omitted in the format codes, else the number
formatter generates yet another set of formats (did the same for hsb_DE.xml,
changeset 3414abc2263a)
