After opening and closing Open Office a few times without shutting down the system and if I would try to open Open Office again the system would try but simply die. Nothing happens/no messages. other application will work but Open Office will not open. If I shutdown or restart the computer then Open Office will function normally again. I have not noticed this issue on your other applications of Open Office. This is more of a nuisance than anything else.
