Thanks for that very detailed description :-)
Your screenshot within the document shows you are using OOO320_m18 (= OOo 3.2)
-> set version accordingly.
I can not reproduce this problem with the attached file. I tied with OOo 3.2.1
(no changes in the F&R area between those versions) and also with OOo 3.3
Release Candidate 8 (OOO330_m18). I could find "online" (Trebuchet MS, 12pt, not
italic, normal) and replace it with "online" in Format Format (Arial Rounded MT
Bold, 9pt, not italic, normal).
You wrote

So you can not reproduce this either :-(
It looks as if you had "some" settings left that prevented a successful search
(i.e. "Attributes" do so). In a new document, as well in a restartet Office, all
dialog settings get set back to default.
Set to "Worksforme".
