Fixed in CWS chart46. The toggle button was removed. The new behavior is as
follows.
After the user has edited a categories cell the input is checked. If a date
format is detected the input is saved as double value and displayed as date.
Every other input is treated as text. If all categories are double values and
the axis type is automatic, the axis automatically displays a date scale.
