gbuild already maintains a list with the source and destination of deliverables.
Do you really want the full path of the destination in the output? Maybe it is
better to remove the $(OUTDIR) part and only output the relative path in the
solver of the destination. As the source can come from any of the source
repositories or from the workdir, my suggestion would be to still output a full
path for the source.
Example output for framework:
xml/component/framework/util/fwk.component
/mycwses/undoapi/solver/300/unxlngx6.pro/workdir/ComponentTarget/framework/util/fwk.component
xml/component/framework/util/fwl.component
