solenv/inc/layout.mk with a
first line of
TRALAY=$(AUGMENT_LIBRARY_PATH) $(SOLARBINDIR)/tralay
instead of
TRALAY=$(AUGMENT_LIBRARY_PATH) tralay
(cf. the head of solenv/inc/unitools.mk, where variables to execute other tools
built during the build are
defined, TRANSEX, ULFEX, etc.)
