------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Jan 27 10:21:26 +0000 2011 ------- When I start an OpenOffice.org the first time on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise machine with a rather long Windows path name, I get an access violation in ntdll.dll. E.g. starting the Office in a 4NT shell with d:\home\tbxxxxxx\hgcws\chart53\Programs\Office_OOo3_DEV300_m98-1_chart53\program\soffice.exe fails, but starting with e:\hgcws\chart53\Programs\Office_OOo3_DEV300_m98-1_chart53\program\soffice.exe succeeds. Before starting the office the first time I adapted my bootstrap.ini file: [Bootstrap] BaseInstallation=${OOO_BASE_DIR} InstallMode=<installmode> ProductKey=OpenOffice.org 3.4 OOo3_DEV300_m98-1_chart53 UserInstallation=$SYSUSERCONFIG/OpenOffice.org/3_OOo3_DEV300_m98-1_chart53 [ErrorReport] ErrorReportPort=80 ErrorReportServer=report.services.openoffice.org On my system the created user directory is c:\users\tbxxxxxx\appdata\roaming\openoffice.org\3_ooo3_dev300_m98-1_chart53 After the user directory has been created, the office can be started also with the long Windows path name. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
