------- Additional comments from [email protected] Mon Jan 31 21:45:05 +0000 2011 ------- For clarity, the printer/printer driver being used (if that makes a difference) is the standard HP 4100n with HP LaserJet 4100 - CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.6 driver. For some reason there seems to be a complete disconnect between the formatting you provide to the 'Insert -> Envelope' wizard and what results in the 'New Doc' page that holds the finished envelope.
