format / paragraph / tabs
- Fixed line "Fill Character" should be in the hierarchy before the different
type elements
- Fill character radio buttons should be labeled by Fill Character fixed line
- The character box should be labeled by the character radio button, and not the
"Type" fixed line
- The character box should have the accessible name "character", not "type".
