The 4th writing direction was removed again, see comments from mba Fri Jun 25
10:30:55 +0000 2010. Thus it can not be enabled via UI.
MBA therefore re-adjusted the w_formatpage1.inc accordingly (back to "3
entries") within this CWS. The test w_formatpage.bas ran without any warnings on
Linux and Windows.
