Thanks a lot, nemeth. I corrected the dictionaries.xcu accordingly...
BEFORE:

AFTER:

Then I re-zipped all and re-installed the extension.
Result: the crash is gone and the Thesaurus works.
-> set this issue to "INVALID" as this is the error of the dictionary
maintainer.
