The obvious solution of not touching the cursor if it is not inside the
invalidated region does not work in writer (thanks to their usage of DrawOutDev
I presume). So instead it now gets ensured that
a) the timer that lets the cursor appear again does not get reset all the time
b) the cursor gets restored immediately if it was removed before paint.
